Reliance Universal Water Heater Element Adapter Kit. This kit contains one 2-1/2" 4 bolt adapt a flange, 1 four hole gasket, 1 Screw-In gasket, one 4-5/16" thermostat bracket, eighteen 5/5" hex washers & relok. It converts Screw-In elements to replace round head, flat or universal flange elements. It is suitable for electric water heaters.
